Tannhauser
Hamburgische StaatsoperMay 2023The crown of beautiful singing in the second act competition went to Walther von der Vogelweide sung by Dovlet Nurgeldiyev. I have never heard a more beautiful singing performance by tenors in this role. He had foundation and color in depth and sang with perfect legato.
